Ambiance not downloading Sounds

Hello,

Ambiance is not downloading any Sounds on my tablet while it is working flawlessly on my phone.

Here is the data:

1 GHz Processor, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
800 x 480 Pixel

it only says download initialized but nothing happens.

thx for any help

Have you checked to ensure you are connected via wifi? Have you tried restarting your tablet, as well as your network router and modem? Have you tried uninstalling and re-downloading from the Google Play store?

  well the tablet is an arnova 7h g3, os 4.1 700mb free space
  the phone is a newman n1, os 4.0.1, 2gig free space. the tablet has a single core, the phone a dual core.
